SurfRider 13 is a low-profile 0.013 in ID microcatheter with dual distal markers and DMSO compatibility. Designed to navigate. Built to deliver.
Rx Only
Built for the distal case.
Confirm position during coil delivery.
Two distal markers, 3 cm apart with a tip length of 0.8 mm or less. "The additional marker made it easier to confirm catheter position during i-ED coil deployment," said Dr. Alfred See of Boston Children's Hospital.

Low distal profile.
A 0.022 in (1.7F) distal OD with a 0.013 in ID, stepping to 2.8F proximally for support.
Braid + braid reinforcement.
Braided distal section, two-layer braid proximally, for trackability that holds position.
Coils and liquid embolics.
Compatible with Kaneka i-ED coils and DMSO-based liquid embolics. Onyx was delivered through SurfRider in a three-feeder AVF case.
Straight or pre-shaped.
"The pre-shaped configuration worked extremely well," said Dr. Shigematsu. "Even in a vessel with multiple turns, the catheter was delivered without difficulty."
